How does The Lincoln CEO Coaching Program work?

This program is for CEOs who are serious about their own success and the success of their companies. It's also challenging, fun, and rewarding. It requires a commitment from both the CEO and the CEO Coach. There are no contracts to sign, but the CEO and CEO Coach agree to meet at least monthly, in person or, if distance is a factor, via telephone. The frequency and duration of meetings are up to the CEO. Normally coaching sessions are at least once a month but rarely more than twice a month. Coaching sessions are no more than one to two hours. There may be additional phone conversations as desired by the CEO.

Various tools are used by the CEO Coach to facilitate the process but the topics and agenda for each coaching session are determined by the CEO. There is no psychotherapy involved. The focus is on your values, your goals, your objectives, your plans, and your agenda. All information is held in the strictest confidence. While a commitment to monthly sessions is required, you may discontinue at any time if you are not satisfied with your progress.

The Lincoln CEO Coaching Program starts at only $500 per month, depending on the frequency and duration of your CEO Coaching sessions. Your CEO Coach is J. Daniel Matthews, a member of the International Coach Federation and a 30 year veteran of corporate management. He has held five CEO positions with companies up to $25,000,000 in revenue and has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards.
